1. Delivery
- We make every effort to deliver products by the requested date; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the shipping address provided.
2. Partial Shipments
- Partial shipments may be arranged if necessary and will be billed accordingly.
3. Risk of Loss
- The risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility and is confirmed by the buyer’s signed receipt.

- Wire Transfer: 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
- Credit Card: 60% advance payment, with the remaining 40% due before shipping.
- Stock or Single Units: 100% payment required upfront.

- Orders canceled more than 7 days after placement will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

- Easy-Tier parts come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
